Tyler Holt,
Executive Vice President of Marketing

Tyler holds a degree in marketing and has achieved several certified designations in the field of consumer marketing and promotions.  He brings over 20 years of experience in career marketing and entertains public speaking engagements in the career transition industry.

He has two sons, is involved with his local community and actively works with several non-profit organizations.  Tyler is an avid golfer, plays darts, and enjoys fishing, camping, and the outdoors.


Cindy Drago,
Vice President of Marketing

Cindy is an energetic, creative, and motivated individual with 20 years experience in promotions, sales and consumer marketing. Her wide-ranging career history includes several years in the radio industry, where she handled marketing and promotions and functioned as an on-air personality. Not only has Cindy had years of experience in the corporate world, she knows firsthand the specialized needs of small and mid-sized companies. 

Cindy is able to adapt to any business environment, and her goal is to bring individual self-awareness, personal development and improved abilities to our clients. This is accomplished by way of proactive career development. Cindy has a B.A. in Communications from Webster University.

Cindy is involved in projects that benefit her community. When she isn't working or lending a hand to others, Cindy enjoys yoga, the outdoors, and spending time with her family. She has an artistic side, as well, including a passion for painting. Cindy's philosophy is that "we should at any moment be able to sacrifice what we are, for what we could become."


Constance Mahan,
Career Consultant

Constance is a Certified Business Coach and graduate of Webster University with a Bachelor of Arts/ Political Science Degree.  She has experience coaching, training, facilitating, and career consulting.  She brings with her experience from several industries including, financial industry, legal profession, human resources, advertising, and medical recruiting field.  In addition, she has worked as a sales professional and is experienced with small businesses and sales professionals in the U.S. and Canada.  She has worked within one of the nation's top corporations consistently ranked #1 within the financial services industry.  Constance has also worked with franchise owners across the U.S. within the advertising industry.

Constance knows the needs of the corporate environment, the sales professional, and the entrepreneur.  She has many years of professional experience in working with many individuals in her past career consulting experience as well, working with individuals earning from $45,000 - $600,000+.  She brings with her a dedication to the personal and professional growth of individuals and the companies of the clients with whom she is privileged to work with in attaining their vision and goals through the execution of the plans they develop together.

Richard "Rick" Heldorfer,
Career Consultant

Rick has held professional roles in human resource management, people development and organizational effectiveness. His background includes industries with highly mechanized, service oriented as well as labor-intensive operations. Working in both union and non-union environments, he has been responsible for recruiting, benefits, safety, labor relations and salary administration. For the past 20 years Rick has been actively involved with training, team dynamics, performance improvement and organizational initiatives among leaders in widely varied industries. Rick’s experience with diverse organizations and people, his collaborative approach and recognized personal integrity enhance his intuitive skills as a coach and mentor. He has served domestic and international clients in achieving career transition and personal performance goals.

 Rick holds a B.A. degree from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, emphasis in communication and psychology; additional studies in business and personnel management at Ohio State University and Washington University, and M.A. level courses in Human Resource Development at Webster University. His three years service as a Marine Corps officer included line and staff roles in the U.S. and Vietnam.  Rick co-founded a not-for-profit organization training teens in self-esteem and communication skills. He serves on the Board of Places for People, a St. Louis agency serving adults with mental health challenges.


Marcia Visnack,
HR/Office Manager

Marcia is a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.  Since her graduation in May of 2007 she has been a retail leader and marketer of a small "mom and pop" shop and a recent entrepreneur of her own business.  Marcia enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends in the outdoors doing anything from hiking and rock climbing to BBQ's on the back porch.  She is an active member of her church and enjoys volunteering to serve others in her local community and abroad.
